SKIMATERIA method
SKIMATERIA Race structures
Race Classic Red
Warm before, wet snow.
Race Classic Universal
Works in most bow. Can advantageously be supplemented with groove in the warm front, 1.8 mm rolling back to the binding and back.
Race Classic Green
-5 and colder, dry snow. New updated structure.
Race Skate Universal
Can advantageously be supplemented with 1.8 mm groove in hot preheat.
Race Classic Red
- Working methodology for hot wet before.
- Sickle with R-cut. Run moves that are about 10 - 20 cm long. Start at the tip and work backwards on the ski. The sickling is finished when the coating has an even black color.
- Drive coarse grooves (0.9 mm) in the locked position from the rear edge and forwards in short strokes, approx. 5-10 cm. Start with a little pressure and increase gradually. Back about 2-4 cm and repeat until the ski is completely processed.
- Drive fine grooves (0.1 mm) in the locked position from the front edge and backwards in short strokes, approx. 2-5 cm. Start with a little pressure and increase gradually. Back about 1-2 cm and repeat until the ski is completely processed.
- Roll 1.8 mm groove from the back and back to the binding.
- Brush with R-brush (steel hand brush). Brush against the direction of the arrow from tip to back edge.
- Brush out with an R-brush in the direction of the arrow.
- Polish with pink paper or P-Grind.
- Polish with nylon brush, hand or rotor brush.
- Application of the desired whey can be done before structural treatment or after. It is necessary to brush more carefully if the application of the embankment is done afterwards.
- Feel free to add 0.1 again.
Race Classic Universal
- Working methodology for temperatures from -4 to 0 ° C. Grooved extra in wet humid snow and plus degrees.
- Sickle with R-cut. Run moves that are about 10 - 20 cm long. Start at the tip and work backwards on the ski. The sickling is finished when the coating has an even black color.
